Ipswich is a large town situated within the county of Suffolk along the estuary of the River Orwell. The local towns are Felixstowe, Needham Market, Stowmarket and Woodbridge which all offer individual characteristics for any potential home move. It has a full range of homes providing ample choice for all.

The town offers a fantastic range of Primary and Secondary Schools as well as colleges and the University Campus Suffolk. 

With a large town centre, Ipswich offers a unique shopping experience with many large department stores, local restaurants, shops and regular markets.

The riverfront from the River Orwell is just outside of the town centre and is an incredibly picturesque place to visit. With a range of public houses and restaurants overlooking the waterfront, the area is a relaxing place to spend at day or night.


The market town of Sudbury is synonymous with Thomas Gainsborough the famous artist and is equally renowned for its water meadows immortalised by his paintings.


Located on the river Stour near the Essex border about 60 miles form London, Sudbury is a thriving market town full of independent shops and restaurants, along with well known chains, and a market twice a week.


Surrounding the main town there is a plethora of villages, some with all the amenities you could need and some more rural if it is peace and tranquillity you desire.


Overall, a great town, with proud people and a proud heritage.
