At the valuation stage, our experienced valuers will come to appraise your property. With this knowledge we are well placed to value your property accurately, ensuring that we attain the maximum price. We will use our extensive knowledge to recommend an appropriate market price. Once your property is placed on the market, we have an extensive range of applicants both locally and nationally that we would immediately contact by phone and e-mail.



Marketing
We feel that one of the key areas where we excel over and above our competition is with our photography. All of our valuers have professional quality photography equipment and will spend considerable time ensuring your property is shown to its full potential.

The valuer will then prepare a comprehensive 3D floor plan of your property alongside the internal and external photographs. Sales Process
All offers on your property will be financially substantiated by either checking with the purchaser's bank/building society, or alternatively, by speaking with our financial consultants.
