COMPREHENSIVE MARKETING

When you choose to instruct Palmer & Partners to let your property, we will draw up full colour details with internal photographs where appropriate, which will be sent to waiting Tenants and included in our window display and digital advertising screen.  We have full page colour adverts in local publications.  All properties are advertised on the Palmer & Partners website, rightmove.co.uk propertyfinder.com and fish4homes.co.uk. Our mailing list of potential Tenants will be contacted within 24hrs of your instruction. 

REGULAR PROPERTY INSPECTIONS

Under our Full Management Service, we will inspect your property every three months throughout the duration of the Tenancy.  You will receive a detailed report of the inspection and its findings, including proposals for solutions to any problems and maintenance issues.
