Palmer & Partners 500 Club
The 500 Club was founded by our own Debbie Humphrey in November 2019. Debbie wanted to be able to support people in need within the local community, so set up our not for profit foundation dedicated to make a difference. Through regular donations from our supporters, we have raised over £30,000 over the past three years.'With your small change we can make big changes'
We want to take an opportunity to thank our club donators for your continued support. Every penny of your donations goes directly to local causes, nominated by you. Thank you!Thank you also to those of you who have joined in one of our Quiz Nights, our Beer and Cheese Evening, visited and donated to us at the ALB Festival (where our mascot bear 'Roman' got given his name!) or bought some of our Background Bob Christmas cards with proceeds to Wipe Away Those Tears.

November hat-trick
In November to celebrate our third birthday we donated to three separate local causes.Wellies On is a therapy farm based in Abberton. There support children and adults from all different backgrounds through referrals from schools, colleges and social services. We are pleased to put our donation towards 'Erindale - the Guinea Pig village'. This idea came from one of Wellies On regulars, Erin Sadler, who we are sad to say passed away on 13th December this year. She was an absolutely amazing individual who made such a difference in her community.
Honywood School Food Bank have decided to set up this amazing initiative to provide a foodbank within the school grounds to provide food to the local community surrounding them. The 500 Club are excited to have been able to help support the school to get the foodbank underway.
Tom Bowdidge was an incredible young man who dedicated the last year of his short life raising money and awareness to help young people with a cancer diagnosis. He sadly passed away in 2013, and since then his parents have been fulfilling his aspirations. The 500 Club are only too pleased to be able to support the Tom Bowdidge Youth Cancer Foundation with their support to the young people and their friends and families.
