Due to a flood in our own property we were forced to vacate our property for 8 long months whilst our home was restored. Palmer & Partners were the letting agent for the rental home we stayed in. Faultless. P&P worked diligently through the market depression and picked up the sale again after we took the property off. Immediately after we returned the property to market they saw a buyer through to the finish. The team in Clacton are friendly and empathetic when it comes to a bereavement sale. The agreed contract was honoured despite the break in sale, would absolutely recommend them.
