What Counts as an Emergency?
• Burst Pipe or Flood • Fire or Vandalism • Damaged External Locks
• Non Functioning Sanitation • Lack of Heating (Weather Dependent) • No Hot Water
Gas and Carbon Monoxide Emergencies:
If you have a gas or carbon monoxide emergency, or if a pipeline is damaged (even without a gas leak), please call the emergency line at 0800 111 999. If you smell gas, use the gas emergency number: 0800 111 999.
