First-time buyers news   

We have recently read an article published by Rightmove which might be of interest to people considering their first home. Rightmove have shared that monthly mortgage repayments are currently £150 lower than at their peak.

At Palmer & Partners we recognise this is positive news and will hopefully continue to benefit people who are just starting out on the property ladder. According to Rightmove's figures from July 2023 to date, within South East monthly mortgage payments saving could be as much as £203 which equates to around 14%!
