Anti Loo Roll Festival 2023

Community Spirit  

The ALB Festival 2023 was one of the highlights of our calendar this year. The local community, and further flung, came to spend time together in a friendly family environment welcome to everyone. We had an impressive group from our Palmer & Partners team with the 500 Club committee at our stall where we met some fantastic people on the day.



The Day   

We had perfect weather – if a little warm! – and appreciated the great setting of Colchester's lower Castle Park where the event was held for its third year running. There were delicious treats at the food stalls, many family fun activities and a day filled with laughter. A great crowd of people descended on the day, coming prepared with picnic blankets and foldable chairs with lots of umbrellas for shade.

Entertainment

There was a wonderful line up of live artists and bands on the Wango Stage, hosted by the fantastic Craig Stevens and Nina Ambrose. Craig, a local Colchester man himself, came along to the Palmer & Partners 500 Club stall and met the committee and the 500 Club mascot ‘Roman’.  Stereophonies, Rick Parfitt Junior, Stiff in the Morning, and The Boy George Experience to name a few took to the stage with gusto and thoroughly entertained the audience.
