Highwoods is a popular area North of Colchester’s city centre. It has great access to the city’s mainline North Station and the A12. Within the area sits Highwoods Country Park, a large public space with fields and woodland. Clearly marked trails, cycle paths, play areas and a visitors’ centre and shop makes it a lovely place to visit, exercise and walk your dog.

With great cycle paths and bus routes it’s easy to get around Highwoods, to the station or into the city centre.
